Handi Paneer is the special creamy and spicy recipe, here pieces of paneer and diced capsicum is cooked in special type of gravy of yogurt and served in mitti ki handi. That's why known as Handi Paneer. It is one of the most famous recipe of mouth watering Punjabi cuisine. 

Paneer Tikka Masala

Paneer tikka masala is an Indian dish of paneer tikka cheese served in a spiced gravy. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka masala. 

Paneer Butter Masala

Add honey, Kasuri methi and heavy cream or sour cream Mix and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Set the gravy aside. In a bowl of water, add paneer cubes and soak for 5 mins. 

Paneer Palak

Palak paneer in a thick paste made from puréed spinach, called palak in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and other Indian languages. The terms palak chhena and saag chhena are sometimes used interchangeably in restaurants in the Anglosphere.
